Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 
 

Strength

Weekdays - Morning, Lunch, Happy Hour

No one every complained about being too strong! This class is focused on building strong, functional bodies using tried and tested weight training techniques. It's suitable for all levels and ages.

Prevent and Prepare

Coach: Josh Rossi

30 Min

Weekdays - Happy Hour

Give your body a break! This is a 30 minute class designed to keep you moving well and injury free. Each class will focus on correcting and preventing imbalance in the body. These classes are a great way to prepare for, or recover from hard efforts and competitions.

Muscles for Mileage

Coach: Josh Rossi

1 Hour

Mondays @ 5:30PM

Specifically designed for runners, this class is focused on providing the mobility, strength, and stride drills runners require to stay healthy while running faster and further!

You should have a basic level of fitness to take this class, if you're not sure, just contact one of the coaches.

Madness

A great way to stay sane! High intensity intervals meet functional strength training in a high energy and fast paced class! Each class is a total body workout designed to both challenge and change you!

 

Weekend Warrior

Saturdays @ 8:00AM

If you have to pick just one class, this is it! A full-on, full-body workout designed to start your weekend right! This class includes stretching, strength training and a sampling of the weeks best cardio circuits. This class runs one hour and fifteen minutes, so bring your water bottle, and your game face!
